BEDE funding to be renewed until March 2026

The N8 CIR supercomputer, Bede, has been funded for an additional year by the N8 Universities. This funding will maintain the operation of Bede until March 2026, will allow users to continue to access Bede without disruption.

Additionally, two more Grace Hoppers and a new Grace Grace have been purchased for Bede. This will take Bede to a total of nine Grace Hoppers and one Grace Grace superchip. More information has been emailed to Bede users and will be on the website shortly.
